We pride ourselves on being a welcoming and dynamic place to work offering competitive terms, conditions and benefits. We are committed to achieving an environment that maximises the opportunities for all staff, regardless of their gender, age, seniority, expertise or caring responsibilities. Key to this is our success in improving opportunities, work-life balance and the careers of women – as recognised by our Silver Athena SWAN award.
As part of UCL, staff are offered the opportunity to work with some of the greatest intellects in the world, access state-of-the-art facilities and collaborate with colleagues across multiple fields and disciplines.
