Of Tuam Galway, pursued the compensation claimed by the Burke family, or for an estate called Content, in St Anns, neither of which the Commissioners could identify: he also appears to have tried and failed to pursue the compensation on a small award in St Andrew after it had already been paid to another John Burke.
