Join us for the London launch of the fourth Urban Pamphleteer - Heritage and Renewal in Doha.
Urban Pamphleteer is a series of publications that confront key contemporary urban questions from diverse perspectives. Written in a direct and accessible tone, these pamphlets draw on the history of radical pamphleteering as a tool for instigating change.
Edited by Clare Melhuish (Urban Laboratory Research Associate), Heritage & Renewal in Doha interrogates the contradictory ways that heritage features in the rapid contemporary redevelopment of Doha through the microcosm of its Al-Asmakh neighbourhood.
The launch event takes place at Central House in Euston, London. Some of the contributors will be in attendence and a reception will follow.
