The reading for this course is The Logic Book, Bergmann, M., Moor, J., and Nelson, J., Fourth Edition (Baskerville, McGraw-Hill, 2003). This is available from both the Gower St. Waterstones and Amazon (paperback, paperback with solutions CD).

This course is assessed by exam (60%) and coursework (40%).

Some exercises, particularly those involving symbolization, admit of more than one solution; if your solution does not correspond to that given, feel free to get in contact.
