the Senate House Library. Journals • The Journal of American History: (JAH) a major scholarly publication covering all aspects of the history of the United States and with more than 50 book reviews in each quarterly issue. Held in the UCL Library, in the Senate House Library and available via any college computer on JSTOR. • The Journal of Southern History: (JSH) A long-established journal focusing on the history of the South. Well worth browsing past issues for relevant articles. Available in the UCL Library, the Senate House Library and on JSTOR. • Reviews in American History: (RAH) A very useful journal consisting entirely of review essays. Held in the Senate House Library and available on JSTOR until 1994 and more recent editions on Project Muse • American Historical Review (AHR) The journal of the American Historical Association, publishing articles on all aspects of history but with a large number of pieces on the history of the United States and an extensive selection of book reviews at the end. Available in the UCL Library and the Senate House Library and on JSTOR.
