OSullivan/etal/1996, 305--07: `located in rough pasture on the lower W slopes of Farraniargh mountain...It is enclosed by a stone wall and contains an oratory, a leacht. three cross-inscribed slabs, a circular hut, and an area of burial'.
Okasha/Forsyth/2001, 174: `The site, known as Cill Draighneach (Kildreenagh) and as Ceallúnach an Lóthair, lies in rough pasture to the west of the old road between Waterville and Derryane. The early Christian site includes the remains of an oratory and of a circular hut, a leacht and a burial ground, all set within a sub-circular enclosure defined by a poorly preserved stone wall. ... Nothing is known of the early history of the site'.
