Priyanka Bhupalan is a student in the 2024-25 cohort of UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose (IIPP)'s Master of Public Administration (MPA).
Prior to joining the IIPP as an MPA candidate, Pri spent 8 years in London working for global consulting firms. She focused primarily on public sector clients, defining and delivering operating model and technology-driven transformation programmes. Her background and experiences to date have cultivated an interest in how governments can position themselves to embrace innovation and risk to harness technological advancement to address society’s grand challenges and for the modernisation of their own administrations. Pri grew up in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and holds an undergraduate degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Warwick.
