Meet the Information Team
- Martin Brown, Information & Research Manager
- Martin oversees the work of the Information Team within UCL Careers as outlined below with specific responsibility for managing the various systems and resources which are made available to our different user groups.
- Sarah Sirrell, Information & Research Officer
- Sarah's responsibilities include researching and curating the digital careers library, writing job sector resources, and assisting with student information enquiries.
Prior to working at UCL, Sarah graduated with a degree in Psychology from the University of Warwick and worked in clinical and research roles within the field of psychology and neuroscience.
- Rachel Garman, Information & Research Officer
Rachel joined UCL Careers in 2016 and her responsibilities include researching and curating the digital careers library, writing job sector resources, and assisting with student information enquiries. She has previously managed the Global Citizenship Employability Programme. She worked at The British Library for 10 years, specialising in the sound and vision collections, and previously worked at several national museums. She has a degree in English Literature and History from the University of Sheffield.
- Ian Evans, Information Assistant
Ian has been an Information Assistant at UCL Careers since February 2019. Ian provides front desk and online support to students and administrative support for myUCLCareers.
- Sanchita Vyas, Information Assistant
Sanchita has been an Information Assistant at UCL Careers since July 2024. Her role involves directing students and graduates towards helpful resources and referring queries when appropriate. When working on site, she welcomes student and graduate visitors, assisting with their enquiries. She also administers events as well as user accounts.
