Electrical tests or 'neurophysiology' is available in clinic which reduces patient travelling for further tests.
In-patient investigations can mean day case admission, staying the night in a hotel and returning the following day.
We have a world class, international standard peripheral nerve biopsy service.
Treatment
We have a variety of treatment options available.
These treatments include:
- Supportive treatments e.g. orthopaedic appliances
- Immunological therapies
Treatment with immunoglobulin is available through drip and injection.
Immunoglobulin can be delivered as an inpatient as well as at home if patients are local (within the M25).
Suitable support is available to administer and observe infusions and patients.
