It provides a unique opportunity to leverage your skills and potentially earn a higher income, while enjoying a more flexible work-life balance compared to traditional employment.

This workshop is open to students, staff and recent graduates (within 2 years of graduating).

• the pros, cons and realities of running your own side-hustle or freelance business
• the steps involved in freelancing, from set up to paid clients
• pitfalls to look out for, and how to adopt an appropriate mindset

About the speaker

Matt Dowling has a decade of experience as a freelance photographer. He’s also spent 15 years leading businesses that provide crucial support to freelancers. He’s dedicated over 10,000 hours to training, mentoring and consulting professionals.
