MyHR Departmental Read Only Access

MyHR Departmental Read Only Access is a tool that provides administrators in departments access to a set of historical, current and future data within employee or visitor/contingent worker records located within their department.

There are two roles available. Only one access type (Finance or HR) can be given to a user. All of the information provided within the access for Finance users is present within the HR user access. These roles require authorisation before access is granted.

  • Access for Finance Users

This will give the user access to the following individual data found within an employee or visitor/contingent worker record. This includes historical, current and future data:

- Employment – assignment costing, weekly working hours, work pattern, FTE, grade and salary information.

  • Access for HR Users

This will give the user access to the following individual data found within an employee or visitor/contingent worker record. This includes historical, current and future data:

- Personal – names, address(es), phone number(s), UPI and start/service dates.
- Employment – supervisor, assignment costing, working hours, work pattern, FTE, grade and salary information, probation and notice period, projected end date and job title, clinical contract, fellowship and teaching fellow information.

Requesting Access

To request additional MyHR access, please submit a Departmental Administration Access Request in MyServices. Please ensure the Head of Department/Division or Faculty Director of Operations for your area is selected as the Authoriser of the request. Incorrect details will delay requests from proceeding.
