Aims

What I want my colleagues to know about menopause
UCL Menopause Network collated the voices of colleagues who experienced menopause to create an online resource to help colleagues and managers understand what menopause feels like and what support is helpful in the workplace. You can access this short course that would take about 15 minutes to complete in LearnUpon platform course catalogue or via this link: What I want my colleagues to know about menopause.
You can also view the resource launch event here and hear from Prof. Sasha Roseneil (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion), Prof. Joyce Harper (institute for Women’s Health) and Prof. Sophie Scott (Institute for Cognitive Neuroscience).

- We run regular '(Meno) Pause for Thought' coffee mornings where you can connect with each other over a cuppa. These sessions are held twice a month and you are welcome to join every time or occasionally, either for a whole session, or just dropping in and out when you have time. The purpose of these sessions is for us to connect, to hear your stories, to talk about menopause and life in general - there are no set rules, it's just a safe space for you to take a break, to chat, to listen and to meet each other.
