Deleting messages in Outlook 2016 for Windows
Learn how to delete a message in Outlook 2016.
Instructions
To delete a message, you can either:
1. Right-click on the message and select delete

OR:
2. Highlight the email message you want to delete and then click on the Delete button in the Home tab.
