Log in to Outlook Web Access (OWA)

Learn how to log in to Outlook Web Access (OWA) – the easiest way of checking your email and calendar.

Before you start...

• Check your browser compatibility to ensure you meet the minimum requirements for using OWA.

Instructions

1. Go to (or copy and paste into your browser's address bar) https://outlook.com/ucl.ac.uk
2. Log in as follows:
   
   Username: Your userID @ ucl.ac.uk
   Password: Your UCL password
    

   Note: There is a difference between your username and your email address when signing in to your account:

   • Your username (your userID @u cl.ac.uk) is used to log in to your account. The email address assigned to your account (e.g. f.bloggs.14 @ ucl.ac.uk) cannot be used as a username to log in.
   • Both your username (your userID @ ucl.ac.uk) and email address (e.g. f.bloggs.14 @ ucl.ac.uk) can be used to send email to your account.
3. Select Sign In
