If you think you have misplaced your wallet card or you think it has not been delivered please email customerservice@meetingzone.com with your full name and department to have a free replacement sent out immediately.
If you would like to register yourself for an audio conferencing account please email UCL account manager at MeetingZone, david.monteith@meetingzone.com who can answer any questions and arrange an account for you within 24 hours (usually same day)
