The following instructions are for ISD Helpdesk staff who need to log a Halls Support request on behalf of someone else.
- Login to the Halls Support form here.

Your details will be automatically completed, enter the userid of the requester in the box on the right hand side and press ENTER
- Complete the form, making sure all fields marked with an * are completed and enter as much additional information into the last field.
- Press submit, the request will be submitted to the relevant Network Services team.
