Can you tell us about your career path since graduating?
I completed my PhD at UCL Laws in 1996. Since then, I’ve worked as a business director and law professor, and have been the legal head of a governmental legal entity, in my home country, Iran.
What encouraged you to study at UCL Laws?
I was attracted to UCL Laws because of its strong reputation and the quality of the academic staff. I have very fond memories of studying in the historic buildings that make up UCL’s campus; and viewing Jeremy Bentham’s auto-icon is an opportunity not to be missed!
What advice would you give to new students at UCL Laws?
For anyone beginning a programme of study at UCL Laws, I would advise you to work hard and be optimistic. Use your abilities to their best and you will succeed.
