T71/880: claim from Robert Kirk and John Todd, owner-in-fee. Counterclaim by Marie Louise Therese de Duranty La Calade, residing at Aix in France, mortgagee under her marriage contract dated 02/01/1784, for £1040. Robert Kirk and John Todd produced documents of lease and release, 1815 etc.
T71/1609: letter, dated 21/10/1835, from Robert Kirk, Tavistock Hotel, requesting the details of Grenada claim no. 461, for the purpose of obtaining a power of attorney 'which I will forward to my partner Mr Todd of that colony'.
