T71/1200: counterclaim by Martha McIndoe of Glasgow spinster against Gilbert Hailyburton for an annuity of £60 p.a. under the will of Edward M'Indoe. Annuity current until 26/06/1834, and no payment had been made since. Listed as uncontested in Parliamentary Papers, so presumably the counterclaim was withdrawn.
