T71/1606: petition dated 26/06/1836 from Captain Vaughan Brice [H?P = half-pay?], Elizabeth Regan, Westport County Mayo, stating they were left £1000 in the will of Michael Garvey in 1801, together with issue and increase of a female enslaved person. They had received no more than £100 from his brother Nicholas Garvey, or his son Michael Garvey.
T71/1593 p. 230: letter dated 30/06/1836 letter to Capt Brice stating it is too late to make a counterclaim.
T71/49 p. 288: Michael Garvey registered enslaved persons as owner in 1832.
