T71/882: claim by Wm. Pemberton, owner. Award to Ferrier & Stanley of £345 0s 11d; and of £71 16s 0d to Wm. and Eliz. Pemberton. A note says that the Ferrier & Stanley counterclaim should be vs Nevis claim no. 21 (but was awarded to them anyway). Ferrier & Stanley were the two surviving partners of the late firm of Ferrier Stanley & Co., Charlestown. Counterclaims also from John Morris, of Baker St., and James Morgan, of Bedford Sq., and from a group of London merchants (James Shepherd, of Lime St. Sq.; Richard Wood, of Mincing Lane; Nathaniel Domett, of George Yard, a shipowner; James Webber, of Coleman St.; Edmund Pontifex, of Shoe Lane) as assignees of the estate of John Plummer and William Wilson (bankrupts).
