T71/888: claim by Frank Gore Willock, a naval captain. Counterclaims inter alios from Wm. and Robert Pulsford (separately), as administrator/ assignee of a legacy and surviving partner/ creditor for advances, respectively, of Wm. Pulsford (deceased), of Great St Helens, a merchant. Counterclaim also from a large group of legatees under the will of Alexander Willock, for principal and interest of £44825, or for the mortgage money or a sum agreed to be paid on compromise of £28075. The group included Eliz. Cuthbert and Rebecca Broadley, widows, of Bath (Somerset); Thomas Stilwell, of Arundel St., Strand; George Delmar, of Norfolk St., Strand; Rev. Frederick de Veil Williams, rector of Wishford Magna, Wiltshire, etc. Counterclaims also from James Weston, of 31 Fenchurch St Gentn., and John Teesdale, of the same address, both with liens on title deeds. A note of 03/10/1836 refers to a certified copy of assignment of the several estates therein mentioned to George Savage Martin by Sir Henry Willock Bart. as heir at law and administrator of the estate of his late brother Frank Gore Willock (the claimant) as per arrangment by parties therein set forth.

T71/1261: includes the indenture, dated 03/10/1836, between Sir Henry Willock, of Little Campden House, Kensington, and George Savage Martin, of Antigua and now residing in Chandos St., Cavendish Sq. It appears to be a simple assignment of Sir Sir Henry Willock's rights, but there are no allusion to objectives nor to the other counterclaimants.
