Son of William Fitzherbert and Sarah Perrin (m. 14/10/1777 in London). William Philip Perrin (an absentee) had inherited Forrest, (Westmoreland), Vere (Vere) Blue Mountain (St Thomas-in-the-East) and Grange Hill (Portland) from his father in 1759. Sir Henry inherited from his brother Anthony Perrin Fitzherbert.

A cover note outlining the contents of the document.
