1. Identified as a Liverpool solicitor in e.g bankruptcy of Richard Woodward a Cheshire farmer and timber merchant.

2. In 1861 William Kenney Tyrer attorney-at-law is shown aged 46 living at Priory Road Walton Lancashire with wife Sarah aged 48 and 4 children.  Will of William Kenney Tyrer late of Liverpool and of Sutton in Wirrall County of Chester who died at Geneva 22/04/1875 proved 22/05/1875 by executors including the son Alfred Tyrer, gentleman of Liverpool, effects under £100,000.
