1788 - 13th Jul 1861
Son of Stephen Wilson (1761-1814) and Jane, nee Mason. Cousin of Melvil Wilson (q.v.) and Ambrose Moore (q.v.). Married Ann, daughter of John Morley of Walthamstow in 1820, at St Mary's, Walthamstow. The couple had one son Arthur Morley Wilson (1823-1847), educated at Trinity College, Cambridge and who was killed following a horse-drawn carriage accident. In 1830 Fletcher Morley was appointed Danish Consul General in London. In 1851 was living at 9 Grafton St., Hanover Sq., London with his wife and two sisters.
