Moore's only known speech in the House of Commons was in a debate on the Habeas Corpus Suspension (Ireland) Bill, in which he advocated (very briefly) the need for land reform and 'the abolition of the supremacy of the Established Church. These are the real measures to bring back peace and restore order to the country'.
