Elizabeth's niece Olivia Caroline Cave married Philip's son Edward Peach William Miles, 20/06/1854 in Westbury on Trym, Gloucestershire. Ancestry.com, England & Wales Marriages 1837-2005 [database online]. Edward Peach William Miles was a partner in Miles & Co., along with his sister-in-law Mary Elizabeth Cave's husband Fulbert Archer. Miles & Co. had at one time been Miles, Cave & Co. operating from London and Bristol and undertaking trade with the West Indies. Later the firm split and Miles & Co. took the London side of the business, developing trade with Australia in the 1850s and then extensive business in Canterbury, New Zealand, from the 1850s to 1895.
