With significant workforce shortages alongside increasing service demands and waiting list backlogs, health services are facing ‘a perfect storm’ which could result in unprecedented rates of health professional stress and burnout.
This talk will address this issue, looking behind the headlines to present data on burnout trends, causes and outcomes. It will use an interactive voting approach to engage participants in polls and discussion.
