Virtual meeting rooms
- Virtual Meeting Rooms 1 and 2 (first floor) - The Virtual Meeting Rooms are available for UCL staff and students to use to attend meetings or teaching being delivered online. They can be booked as per the normal study spaces at https://library-calendars.ucl.ac.uk/r. The maximum capacity for each room is three people, and the maximum length of booking is two hours per day per person.
Please note that these rooms are not group study facilities, but rooms to allow for the attendence of online events without disturbing other visitors to the library. Laptops, headphones, and microphones are not provided with the rooms.
We regret that currently there are no rooms available for booking for group study or physical meetings at the Royal Free Hospital Medical Library or at the Barnet Hospital Library.

PCs for access to electronic library resources
Currently one Explore Access Point (EAP) is open for use at the Royal Free Hospital Medical Library as a library catalogue. This is situated on the ground floor.
There are two EAPs avaialble for use at the Barnet Hospital Library. These are available to all registered users of the library for accessing electronic library resources only. Please see the e-journals, e-books or databases pages for more details.
