Byzantine/Coptic Art in Egypt: tomb stela
Limestone 'gateway stela' with plain columns in relief with capitals engraved supporting round arch with vine bearing grapes in relief. Bottom and top left corner damaged. Pair of doves (signifying the Holy Spirit) eating grapes from a basket inside the arch.
date: fourth to seventh century AD
