Men-kheper-re scarabs
New Kingdom - Late Period
In the late New Kingdom and Late Period scarabs with the throne name of Thutmose III - Men-kheper-re - became very popular. Only archaeological context and stylistic features and motifs can date the scarabs - the name of the king alone is evidently not enough.
