The global context is changing fast, and the traditional, ‘colonial’ model of aid is now outdated. Is it possible for charities to give up their power and change their ways, when so many are beholden to huge service delivery contracts from institutional funders?

Penny Lawrence, former Deputy Chief Executive, Oxfam GB, will share headlines from her research: 'Whither large International NGOs'.

Amanda Griffith, Executive Director, Family for Every Child, will explore new models of charities being more equal, more genuine partners to local agencies in the field.
