In addition, students spend approximately 7-12 hours a week for each module on assessment and independent study to further develop the skills and knowledge covered in lectures and seminars.

The total number of weekly hours will vary according to the module and the activities being undertaken. Furthermore, contact hours will reduce to approximately 2-5 hours per week during Term 3, when students focus on their dissertation module.
