Teaching and assessment

Most modules are taught in lectures or classes. Assessment is usually a combination of coursework and final examination. Alternative assessment for term-only students is available on most modules (please contact the department for more information). Modules are open to all students, though prerequisites, particularly in language studies, may apply to some modules.
