I would like to think of the canvas as a playground where I make things happen. I often manipulate the paint I use to make these things happen. Often, however, things happen by themselves. I interfere, interrupt, excavate, cover and let other things happen. Shapes and spaces appear, disappear, reappear. This is serious fun!
