Nick Aliberti – BA/BFA

Process lies at the heart of my approach to understanding materials. The process of collecting, cutting, burning, oxidising, and reorganising enables me to create assemblages that play on formal organisation and rhythm. The flow, texture and volume of the materials gives rise to a sense of transformation which activates space and the imaginative power of the viewer.
