    Triptych of screenshots. Migration is one of the most important issues in contemporary society. I try to use my identity as an artist to mine the collective memory for my creations. I hope to fully portray migration as a concept in conjunction with the new age of digital nomads. And start from the narrative perspective of history, purpose, path, and ending. Create integrated installations incorporating multiple media.

Jiemin Ren – BA/BFA

Ren Jiemin (1999) was born in Chengdu, China, and lives in London, UK.

Studied at UAL Central Saint Martins and is now studying at UCL Slade School of Fine Arts, doing research in Fine Arts and Computer Vision as an artist and an engineer. Interested in the confusion of the Digital Nomad and the relationship between the individual and the environment. Most works are presented as 3D film projects, digital art, and multi-media installation work. Meanwhile, trying different expressions of contemporary artworks in new media.
