Looking at the holiday tan line as a metaphor for measured time, considering 'free time' on holiday as being an abstracted production time. The work looks at the concealing and revealing of an artifice.

, 2014, video installation, h. 128 cm x l. 75 cm d. 18 cm.The installation is a portrait of Aphrodite's Rock and acts as a way to examine the idea of the anticipation, reality and artificiality of the holiday experience.

, 2013, collaged postcard, h. 10 cm x l. 15 cm.The poignant message is contrasted with the image of an idyllic beach scene. The sentiments about the mother's death are contrasted again by the everyday comments about the weather, highlighting the public and private paradox of the postcard. It is presented on a plinth wedged very delicately within the structure to enable the front and back to be seen.
