The PS Hub

The PS Hub brings together key customer support and transactional services for HR, Finance, Room Booking and IT.

One Desk provides a centralised point of contact for the PS Hub services - via email, phone and live chat.

MyServices platform - phased implementation from 16 July 2024

MyServices is a new UCL platform that will improve staff experience of finding, requesting and interacting with services - replacing the RemedyForce platform and the use of emails associated to it.

On MyServices, UCL staff will be able to browse and request a wide range of services from the PS Hub, HR, Central Finance, ISD, RIS, and other critical central services. They will report issues, track their progress, and receive updates, directly within MyServices.

Help and support for central IT services across UCL, including live chat, how-to guides and videos.

Room Booking

Book centrally-bookable UCL space, and access room photographs and/or room panoramas (where available), building locations and lists of equipment and features.

Business Operations

For all VP Operations divisions and VP Offices - finance, procurement, facilities coordination, diary management, office management and EA & PA support.
