Find out about the official documents that you can use to evidence your achievements at UCL.

Key PGT results dates:

  • 25 November: Results Day (you will receive an email from Student Operations with your confirmed results / award)
  • 26 November: Statement of Award available to download from Portico
  • 26 November: E-transcripts available to download from Portico – see our transcripts webpage for details
  • 4 December: Digital Certificates available – see our Award Certificates webpage for details

 

Transcripts

Your transcript is a certified record of the courses you've taken and your results. You will receive a transcript upon completion of your degree and conferral of your award. You can also request a transcript both during and after your studies.

The Higher Education Achievement Report

Your HEAR is a secure digital record of your achievements, both academic and non-degree related, that have been verified by UCL. You can share your HEAR with third parties both during and after studies.
