The Student Enquiries team are here to tell us what they do and how they can help you during your time with us!
Who are we?
We are the UCL Student Support and Enquiries team and we provide the first line support and enquiries service for Student and Registry Services. We can advise you how to complete many UCL processes and how to access the core services that UCL provides as well as providing documents confirming your study at UCL. You can submit enquiries to us through askUCL. If you have not enrolled yet, but need some assistance you can email us at newstudents@ucl.ac.uk and we will get back to you within five working days or less!

Where are we?
Our Enquiries Centre is located on Floor 1 of the Student Centre building at 27-28 Gordon Square, on the main UCL campus. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak we are unable to offer a face to face service at the moment and open our centre but are working to get it reopened as soon as possible in a way that is safe for our team and for you!
Happily, we are still able to deliver services to you via online platforms! We can still answer your enquiries via askUCL and provide the letters you need as a PDF. We have also updated the documents available for you to print yourself via Portico, so you can download these at your convenience.

What do we do?
- Council tax exemption letters (full-time students only)
- Schengen Visa letters
- Process arrival and departure forms for international students
- Statement of Student Status letters
- Updates to your visa and passport information
- Statement of award letters
- Opening a bank account letter
- Receipts and invoices for tuition fee payment
