Introduction
I use a variety of programs that are under constant development, and like to always have the latest versions of these programs. Previously I had to vist the websites of these pages, or be subscribed an announcements mailing list (if there was one for the program) in order to find out of there was a new version. Now, with this program those can both be a thing of the past, and you can be informed quickly and conveniently.

- Low bandwidth usage through the use of header modified date comparison
- Options stored in XML for easy out-of-program editing, should it be needed
