Launch Player
Introduction
Launch radio provides a range music specifically chosen to match you tastes. As you rate songs, albums and artists, it plays songs you like and new ones that you will probably like, making it a great way to learn about new bands.
However, the free service is riddled with adverts both in the player and in between songs. This simple stand alone player solves these problems, with the additional advantage of minimising to the system tray, and prevent the need to keep a certain internet epxlorer window open permanently.

Instructions
You will need to use IE to login to http://launch.yahoo.com (creating a user if needed) and tick the 'Remember me on this computer' option.
I found that launch (even in a normal IE window) would not work with Norton Internet Shield, even with rules created, and so needed to disable it(!)
| IE7 breaks Delphi 7's TWebBrowser, which is used for the player display. Any suggestions of how to fix this would be most welcome |
