Dotdigital is an online email campaign tool which is available on request to UCL staff.

Is Dotdigital suitable for me?

We recommend discussing your intended use with UCL's VP External Engagement team first for best practice when sending mass communications/newsletters. Questions can be sent to internalcommunications[at]ucl.ac.uk. Please ensure you specify 'Dotdigital enquiry' within the subject of the email.

Requesting a new account

To request a Dotdigital account, complete the self-service form to submit a new account request.
Sender/child accounts are chargeable, see Requesting a Dotdigital account for details. ISD holds the right to re-charge at any time, notice will be provided beforehand. When submitting a request please allow a minimum of three working days’ notice to arrange provisioning.
