As of 02 March, 2002
As of 29 November, 2001
- Jeffrey Rusten has asked me to remove links to his Athena unicode
font - the font was designed as a stop-gap measure, and being one of
the first Greek unicode fonts to be released, it is now quite outdated and
can cause some programs to crash, so if you have downloaded it or are
using it already, it would be a good idea to stop and start using another
one
- Apart from this, there have been no updates for a while, as I
have just started a new job. Hopefully
there will be additions over Christmas
As of 15 August, 2001
- I have found out a little more about the behaviour of various Greek fonts under WordPerfect - it seems that WordPerfect 9 (which forms part of WordPerfect Office 2000), does not support Unicode, and is immune to the Euro and Symbol problems. Details have been added to The Basics page.
- I have updated the WordPerfect macros to work with WP9 - and probably with WP10. I will be releasing them soon, once I have also updated the instructions.
As of 27 July, 2001
- Webpage completely redesigned and updated
- New sections added on common technical issues (see The Basics), such as Unicode and the effect of the Euro on Greek fonts
- Macros now work with all WinGreek compatible fonts, and come with an installation utility
- New utilities available, mostly for Unicode fonts.
- The FAQ section has been revised and updated
- New fonts added to the Fonts page
