Phase 4
In the fourth phase of the project (which will take place at the same time as the third phase) we will investigate outcomes for service users from services not involved in Phase 3. Assessments will be carried out at recruitment into this phase and 12 months later to investigate the client and service characteristics associated with better outcomes and successful community discharge. All data will be collected from staff observations and case notes. There are no service user interviews in this Phase.
