This document includes the terms and conditions for the UCL Accommodation undergraduate exit survey 2019.
1. The prize draw is open to all undergraduate UCL Accommodation 2018/2019 residents who complete the UCL Accommodation undergraduate exit survey 2019. UCL or associated third party contractor staff members are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
2. Entry to the prize draw is by completing the UCL Accommodation undergraduate exit survey 2019.
3. Only one entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
4. There is a total of 27 prizes as follows:
1 x £250 MasterCard gift card
1 x £100 MasterCard gift card
25 x £20 MasterCard gift card
4. The prize draw closes at 11.59pm on 12 June 2019 [with winners drawn by UCL Accommodation on 13 June 2019, using a computer programme to randomly generate the winners]
5. The winners will be notified by email week commencing 17 June 2019 to the UCL e-mail address. If one or more winners do not claim the prize within 30 days of being notified then they will forfeit the prize and a re- draw will take place. To claim the prize the winners must follow the instructions in the email notifying them that they are the winner. The winners will have to collect their prize from the UCL Accommodation Office on 117 Gower Street, London WC1E 6AP.
7. There is no cash alternative to the prize.
8. No responsibility will be accepted for incomplete or lost entries or entries not received.
9. In the event of any dispute, UCL Accommodation’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. By entering the prize draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
11. Please retain a copy of these terms and conditions for your records.
