Support and collaboration:

Community team to explore how to further disseminate access to ARC services (including drop-in sessions for advice and face to face discusssion, and collaborations contact details) to those interested in collaboration or requiring support
ARC team to review and update website to ensure all relevant information is visible, allowing non-ARC members to identify appropriate teams and staff. This will include updating all ARC staff IRIS profiles

Resources:

DRCSG to be updated on AI resources and Research Data Storage Services prior to next meeting
Further discussion on how to facilitate access to ARCs resources (i.e. AI, GPU, HPC) and how to facilitate collaboration with other institutions to be tabled for next meeting
DRCSG to discuss and propose ideas as to how to evidence need for additional compute and storage resource to the Digital Research Board

Engagement and outreach:

Festival of Digital Research and Scholarship, hosted by ARC, confirmed for June 11^th 2024
DRCSG to nominate potential ARC associates
DRCSG to progress role of ARC Ambassador
Members were encouraged to share their group contacts and mailing lists with ARC. This will enable ARC to expand and target its outreach efforts more effectively
