A&H Instagram Competition: What do you do to support your wellbeing?

UCL Arts & Humanities advocates for wellbeing and the importance of looking after your mental health. To support this, Samantha Rayner, Vice-Dean Wellbeing for the Faculty, runs a series of initiatives over the academic year for both staff and students to get involved in.
At the start of this new academic year, we wanted to encourage positive mental health with our Gratitude Journals Giveaway!
To enter, all you have to do is comment on our Instagram post, answering the question ‘What do you do to support your wellbeing?’ and follow us.
We hope this will generate lots of tips and advice from students and academics to help us all cope as we move into the new academic year!
The competition opened at 9am on 2 October 2024 and will close at 9am on 9 October 2024.
This competition is only for current UCL Arts & Humanities students.
Winners have now been chosen and competition closed.
Rules/terms & conditions:
We will pick two winners, who will each receive a copy of ‘The Five Minute Journal’ - more details on the journal here.
The winner of this competition will be picked randomly using online platforms. An alternative winner will be selected if we do not receive a response from an individual winner within 7 days of notification. We will not accept any responsibility for entries not received for any reason, including those people who's privacy settings prevent non-friends or public from viewing their shared posts.
All entrants must be a current and enrolled student of UCL, in the Arts & Humanities faculty.
All entrants must be the sole owner and author of their entry.
Eligible entries must:
- comment on the Instagram post what they do to support their wellbeing
- follow @artshumucl on Instagram
- contain original and interesting subject matter.
Entrants must provide their full name and course if selected as a winner.
The prize must be collected from campus.
