The Bartlett Summer Show 2024: Launch Party

The Bartlett Summer Show Launch Party celebrates the opening of the Summer Show 2024. The launch party will take place at the cutting-edge event space, HERE at Outernet on Friday 21 June, 18:00–23:30. Located a short walk from 22 Gordon Street on Charing Cross Road, HERE at Outernet is known for its innovative design and immersive digital experiences.

With food stalls, bars, live music and DJs, the launch party is an opportunity for staff, students and guests to revisit and celebrate the work of the last academic year. The party will also include a prizegiving ceremony. 

Open to all students, staff and alumni, including friends and family. Please note that this is an 18+ venue. Tickets must be booked in advance for this event. 

Booking Information 

Booking for this event is in advance via Eventbrite. QR codes need to be downloaded in advance ready to be checked on entry. 

IMPORTANT! You must have a QR code ready to show at the entrance to the Launch. 
In order to access the QR code, attendees will need to download the app and login with their Eventbrite details.

Alternatively, you can download your QR code in advance of the event: 
1. Sign in to your Eventbrite account at eventbrite.com. If you don’t have an account, register using the email you purchased your tickets with.
2. In the top right menu, select 'Tickets'.
3. Find the event you need to access tickets for and click 'View Receipt' to download your PDF ticket(s).
4. Take a screenshot of the PDF or print it out to be scanned at the door for check-in.
